Item availability
We regret that it is impossible to precisely predict the availability of any specific accessory set. Occasionally it is

necessary to substitute a fabric or part but safety and quality are always maintained.

It cannot be guaranteed that listed items will always be in stock.  The number of items in stock may change suddenly

and before the number available has been adjusted on this website.  Purchasers will be notified if any ordered item is out

of stock and offered an alternative or a refund.

 

Can I change or cancel an order?
We are sorry but this is not possible. Once your order is placed it is in the system and cannot be changed or cancelled.

However you may return your unused order for immediate refund or exchange. We regret we cannot refund delivery

charges or postage costs for returns.

 

Privacy
We will only use your personal data to process your order and provide you with excellent personalised service. We do

not loan, rent or sell your personal information to any other party.

 

Returns and Exchanges
All 'Aussie Doll Clothes' products may be returned if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Return within 7

days of receiving for an immediate refund or exchange. We regret we cannot refund delivery charges or postage costs for

returns. All 'Aussie Doll Clothes' products have been subject to high quality control. Except in the unlikely instance of a

performance problem items that are returned must be in new and unused condition and secured in undamaged and

original packaging or refunds cannot be made. No extra postage will be charged for replacement should a product be

faulty. Before you return your item please contact us by sending an email to sales@aussiedollclothes.com.au or by

phone on 1300 651516 stating the reason for return, your email address and a contact phone number. We reserve the

right to refuse a return if these requirements are not met.
We cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit. It is suggested that you to insure your shipment against

loss in transit.
Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store of purchase.

 

Taxes and importation duties outside Australia
Please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any duties and imposts in their own country. The correct

values and nature of shipments will be included in any necessary documentation.
Orders that have a delivery destination outside Australia will have the Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) removed
